English edition.

Welcome back to my reporting from long walk through Eastern Europe to Greece. The last or the latest leg of my walk 10th - 17th September was a rainy hit. A paradox, perhaps, but frankly struggling across the very flat countryside mostly under pouring rain was as excting to my soul as any sunny day in East Prussia the leg Before. And mostly means it was also nice and sunny parts of the trip. For those of you who listen to my original idea of walking the whole distance (and espec. for Sverker) I need to clarify that it does NOT necessarily mean that I cannot take a bus or a taxi to get out of a town or to reduce a too long leg to the next. Or hitch-hike when I have lost my way and need to get on track again as this time between Pultusk and Wyszkow. Fortunately, I was helped by four young guys in a Jeep who showed me the right (GPS) position and the friendly mushroom-picking couple who gave me the ride from Komorowo to Wyszkow. From there, by the river Bug, I had another 5 miles to Slobow. But on the other hand, my walk will take me many miles in various directions It is not a straight line. Then to my blog, that is so many words and so few pictures. I need to change that. Tomorrow.
